First impressions count for a great deal and, having only just
signed up, I have to say that my whole experience in getting things set
up before migrating my accounts has been simply fantastic. The support is
faster than I can keep up with at times, almost instant occasionally. The
courtesy and professionalism is exemplary. The system performance I am
presently experiencing is remarkably faster than with my previous host of
three years. All in all, very enjoyable.
From all of the research I did before moving, through the whole signing
up process to my first experiences, it is very gratifying that I find

I am feeling like it's time for a
positive review for Innohosting.
I am with Innohosting since last year (10/29/2007) and i am happy with
the services.
I've been with over 10 hosting companies in the last 10 years and I can
tell you, until now innohosting has the best uptime ever experienced by
me with a hosting company and most important the best features. I had
some support tickets opened, some of them because of my mistakes of not
following the proper steps as described in reseller manual. All of my
support tickets where solved. I must tell you I am not a fan of live
support and I had bad experience with live support in the past with other
companies. Since than I prefere only to write things down as they never
be forgotten! When I first opened my tickets my english was not so good
(I was learning english... i am still) but this was not a problem and my
tickets where solved no matter how strange my english words where...
The posibility to oversell is amasing to me. As usualy I am using only
under 50% of the resources i pay for but it's safer to know that if a
client is needing extra space for a short period of time, the space I am
paying for is there for all my clients to benefit from. As for the free
Dedicated RapidSSL certificate or the FREE Billing Program I received
everything as promised. The CPanel is amasing providing me with extra
features I rarely have seen on other webhosting companies I've tried.

Hi everyone, first a bit about myself, as a webdeveloper i have been gettin other hosting companies to host my clients sites (the usual $20 a year, unlimited accounts, unlimited bandwidth etc). What really got me was that after meetings i would do all the required changes on my local host and couldn't even FTP (even though the cPanel backups, upload etc worked).
I had spent quite a bit of time 'lurking' on innohosting forums, even though i didn't have full access i had a little friend called search engine, who likes to cache pages.
I spent a lot of time reading both sides from signed up users and those 'pre-sale' but the +tive def outweighed the -ve.
After a flurry of pre-sales tickets (most of which were answered on a weekend, well within the hours of a given 'working day') i went ahead and signed up.
I must have frustrated Chris with my plethora of questions and tickets (i do mean to write a complete newbie guide at some point) but apart form the complicated isssue of 'what happens to my allocated DNSs when i've applied for a dedicated ip' all was answered as simply and informitavely ,for a dumbwit like me, to get all of my accounts set up correctly.
I know you say you look forward to us small fry one day being competitors but with the support and goodness-to-honest service that you guys provide (and are given so much respect for) I wish you all the best and the growth that you truly deserve.
Hats off for living up to your aims (mission statement or not), if only all CEOs could take a leaf out of your book!"

I honestly have not seen this much dedication to clients since before Giga bean went down hill (except for me of course ). I truly do believe that this is the right company to restart my hosting company with. To be quite honest if and when they do dedicated serers I will probably purchace from them. Theres been a few problems but nothing that was not solved quickly and/or caused by my not typing the exact problem. Also some of it is to be expected going from your own server provider back down to a reseller account.

Hi I've been here only 3 days but, my initial experience (7 years as a customer to hosting providers) of InnoHosting is 101% Sign up was quick and easy and the account was setup within 2 hours Uploaded my site(s) and everything worked without any help from me, smooth and quick - can't ask for better The servers are fast with very low server load. Gotta say InnoHosting is a rare find in the world of Hosting providers, wish I'd found them earlier

I've only been with them for a couple of months and it just blows my mind how much these guys do to give us a great hosting experience. I've been with a number of different hosts over the years, some more expensive, some less. These guys blow away any other host I've ever had. Fast servers, excellent top notch customer service.

I decided to put in my first two tickets at around half past four on a Sunday morning. I marked one as Low, one as Medium - I fully expected a reply sometime on Monday and would have been surprised if I got one later today. You can imagine how shocked I was when I get both responses within minutes of each other! Thank you Chris and Rameen for the incredible support. You both really need to get some sleep sometime!

Yesterday i had problems and did a HIGH urgency request. Trust me or not... it didn't take more then 30 seconds for the answer. And i really mean 30 seconds. Along the night they helped me moving 60 accounts and it was like a charm. Absolutely NO PROBLEM at the end. And this was fast. None of my clients noticed the movements. Rameen is really really skillfull. Also Chris is helping me a lot when i need help.

Just startedoff with Inno. Got to mention that their support is exceptional .. They have strict policies related to SSH access which I like. Not everyone and anyone can get ssh access, you have to submit some docs to get that. Highly recommended host.

1. Lower pingtimes then Varhosting, but simillar with RZ... so for now i fell like on RZ, which is really good. 2. Xtremly fast response on the ticket i submitted with medium priority for asking the features i want on WHM + other features promissed as on offer. Exactly 3 MINUTES. now that's good. 3. They have RVSite Builder... think i love that . 4. Low price on private IP - finally i got my own ) 5. Nice fully integrated system... from billing till ticketing and so on... i like that a lot. 6. unlike other provider i use i can find the owner/someone from support anytime ) 7. stay tuned... will post as time passes...

Fast account setup Nice staff Present staff on WHT (also for other companys, sorry i didn't mention) really responsive on ticketing system. Within minutes i get my damn things solved. really helpfull staff on ticketing. they know what they are doing... on ticketing system they reply on each reply you do... making you not feeling lonely or waiting... it's like they say "got your request, we're working on it right now, give us some minutes". At least you know someone is there ) Lot's of features and the offer i got ) haha... i love this.... free plan upgrade, clientexec (which i HATE, but don't have money for modernbill or other, better), free domain reseller, way lower prices then i had, free rapid ssl blah blah... a lot of freebies inlcuding end-user support for free

I finally signed up for a Starter Deluxe Reseller account at innohosting.com on saturday night and I have nothing other to say then WOW !! It's fantastic all my domains have been migrated to their server so fastly and all of my customers are really happy with the server speed. Chris and Rameen gaved me fast support and GOOD support too !

I did my searching on WHT, and came across Innohosting hosting offer in the advertising forums. After some research, I decided to try them out (Reseller Starter Plan), as my webhosting needs was largely the same since my last review, and I did not need overly huge space like 2GB. Signup process had a little problem, but it wasn't a big issue, and I decided not to transfer my files over (and risk transferring any virus/defaced sites from sonataweb.net hacked server) and start from scratch. They had everything I wanted in place, such as uptodate Fantastico I can play with, ImageMagick and etc. All in all, I've been with them a month now and I'm quite happy with their service.

I've been with Innohosting for a little over a month now and its been great. Chris moved my sites quickly from varhosting in the midst of var's migration and up and down time on the server. Awesome!!

I've only been here for 24 hours, but at the moment I couldn't ask for anything better. Account (reseller professional) was setup quickly. All my sites were migrated from my previous host by Inno's support team, and that went with no major problems (cheers Chris!). Response to tickets has been very prompt, friendly and effective. I'm still waiting for the new name servers to propogate for all my sites, so will have to wait and see how server performance compares to my last host. Certainly looks very promising compared to my previous host (micfo for those ho are curious. Do a search on webhostingtalk.com to see how bad things have got there over the past year). Innohosting offers an amazing value to resellers who desire friendly, professional support for themselves and for their own customers. It's nice to have Innohosting available to my clients 24/7 so that even when I'm not available, they make me look good! The support staff couldn't be nicer to work with, and when a problem arises, nobody works harder to bring things back to normal. Plus Innohosting's servers are lightning fast! I'm a satisfied customer. I had some concerns and I voiced them. Do you know what the support staff did? They responded to every issue without making excuses. They wanted me to know that they care. They went to great lengths to keep me as a client and you know what? I'm "small potatoes." If I left, I'm sure it wouldn't be a big deal. It's obvious, though, that Innohosting does not think of me that way. They treat me as if I'm the most valuable client they have. When I'm upset about something I am not always at my best, and I make sure my feelings are known. Yet at no time did Chris or Rameen respond with anything less than concern and even compassion. It's common for them to go the extra mile, beyond the scope of "tech support." They are a solution-based company. I often wonder if Chris or Rameen ever sleep, and judging from this thread, I suspect they don't. I'm glad to have them on my watch. Nobody tries harder than Innohosting. I can attest to the dedication and support of both Rameen and Chris. Both have helped me on a number of occasions. There has been some downtime in the past, and will likely be some in the future, but both Rameen and Chris are honest in their answers and work hard to resolve the problems. My hat goes off to both of them giving 100% day in and day out. Can each of us same the same about that dedication to our jobs...

Hello all, My names is Michael McNeil, and run mjmwebtech.com (still migrating from old host atm) My old host, to sum it up has gone down hill to the point they took my payments and ran this last month. I searched everywhere over the last week for a new home, then I stumbled across Inno. Altho im not 100% finished migration (in the process of it now and DNS changes etc) I must say Inno has given me nothing but top quality service and are extremly professional. they helped me financially get started (fit my small budget due to my last host taking off right at renewal) and migration of 20-30 accounts, helped set up my new and free i might add, billing software and SSL, as well as my addon services and DNS. On top of that they put up with my several chats and support tickets on minor startup issues and resolved all my issues extremly fast. I have been a customer for all of 4 days so far and I can already tell I will be here for years to come, eventually upgrading plans, vps, and to a dedicated server with them once my customer base re-grows (lost 50% of my customers due to my old hosts major issues). If i wasnt a "reseller" I would recomend inno hands down. Thanks guys and keep up the awsome work.

I have been involved in the internet one way or another over the last 8 years and i can honestly say this is the best reseller & hosting site from packages to support i have been involved in. I also have my own sites where i specialise in shopping carts and internet marketing by means of i sell and Free offers of many software , ebooks, resell rights, master rights & Private Label rights too. I have just moved here from Hostgator ( i wont slag them off its not fair but lets just say within the first 24hours of joining i was asking for a full refund -- they mucked up big time ) So i came here to look and within 12 hours joined and so far i am very please Well done Innohosting.
